A field officer for the Royal Commission into Deaths in Custody is haunted by spirits of the past. Richard Frankland was the first Indigenous director to win an AFI Award for his work directing this powerful short drama that screened on EC in 1996 (it also screened in the Un Certain Regard category at Cannes).
