The Wonders of 16mm Filmmaking

One of our most popular workshops is back with its fantastic exploration of 16mm film craft. It's fully analogue, it formed the base of the indie film revolution in the 50s and 60s, and it opened the door for some of the great film movements the industry has seen.

What’s the buzz? Join the Nanolab team for a totally analogue experience in this fantastic totally hands on one day 16mm shooting and processing intensive! The Nano-team will take you through all the fundamentals of working with actual 16mm movie film stock. All of this will be directed toward empowering you to do this yourself at home.
