Fireside Chats: Lost Cinemas

In conjunction with the exhibition Cinema Chronicles, enjoy a free presentation highlighting the history and images of the glamourous and pioneering movie houses, theatres and studios that once crowded the St Kilda foreshore in the early 20th century.

Discover how theatres like the Corso, Arcadia, Folies, Lyric, Broadway, Boulevard, Elite, Biograph, Lounge and Efftee created our own 'Hollywood by the beach'.
